Daily Exercise Bike Maintenance

Weekly Exercise Bike Maintenance

During quarterly maintenance, you have to remove the cover of the exercise bike and vacuum the interior. During reinsertion, make sure that you are placing it correctly or else, it will create greater damage and will result to the need of exchanging the alternator. Check also if the crank assembly is tight. If you just touched it and it is wobbling around, it means that you need a new bearing. Lastly, before putting the cover back, make sure that all electrical connections are properly connected and no sign of burns can be seen.
